Boxing legend George Foreman believes Deontay Wilder just needs one chance to knock out Tyson Fury.? Wilder was out-classed and out-boxed in the 7 rounds he lasted against The Gypsy King. ?The Bronze Bomber? was unable to defend the ?bombs? thrown by Fury, resulting in Wilder hitting the canvas multiple times during the fight.
Wilder looked like a shadow of his former self. His sluggish movement across the ring and inability to throw any relevant punches were the highlights of his night apart from his glorious entrance costume.
However, his ability to fight and to come back from his loss shouldn?t be questioned. George Foreman revealed he spoke to Wilder after the fight and gave him tips to avenge his loss.

“Only I know what Deontay Wilder is going through”-George Foreman
“I had a nice conversation with Wilder, a nice conversation with him. We talked because I was in a position where I lost unexpectedly with the title in Africa. Only I know what he’s going through,” said Foreman
Foreman famously lost to Muhammad Ali in what was considered the biggest fight boxing had witnessed. The legendary boxer made a stellar comeback and went onto capture multiple titles along the course of his career. Wilder has the chance to write a similar story and with the trilogy around the corner, this seems to be the best opportunity.
Deontay knocked ?The Gypsy King? down twice during their first fight in 2018. The Bronze Bomber showed heart and desire during their initial encounter, something that was missing in the rematch.
However, despite the criticism he received after the rematch, Foreman believes he has what it takes.
“He’s gonna have to live with the Fury loss but I can show him how to live with that and come back better. We talked a lot on those lines. He can beat him and can do it easily . Give him another chance. He’ll show you,” Foreman said.
Deontay Wilder has the chance to make a stellar comeback. However, only time will tell if he achieves it or not.
