Ryan Garcia and Gervonta Davis can possibly fight next. Both have won their last fights via stoppage and are prime title holders at this stage. So, it validates their upcoming in-ring collision.

Ryan Garcia has already vowed to take out ‘Tank’ within two rounds of their fight. But, Gervonta Davis’ teammate, Malik Warren (3-0), doesn’t agree and is backing ‘Tank’ to finish the WBC Interim lightweight champion.

The Mayweather Promotions’ prodigy recently connected with Fred talks fighting to preview the Garcia vs Davis fight and sent several fans into a frenzy with his response.

“If Tank steps in the ring with Ryan Garcia, he (Garcia) is murdered,” said Warren.

All these factors intensify the upcoming lightweight thriller. But, Ryan Garcia might face Manny Pacquiao before Gervonta Davis. Prior to his fight against Luke Campbell, Garcia desired to lock horns against ‘Pac-Man’. If everything falls in place, he can fulfill his desire soon. If that doesn’t materialize, he can fight Davis, or use his mandatory against Devin Haney.

What’s next for Ryan Garcia?

Amid so many possibilities, Garcia’s WBC Interim spot will demand that he remains active in the existing lightweight roster. Like him, there are umpteen unbeaten world champions in Gervonta Davis (WBA), Devin Haney (WBC), and Teofimo Lopez (unified). So, Ryan Garcia can opt for any of these challenges.

Garcia and Davis recently had a heated altercation on Mike Tyson’s Hotboxin podcast. 22-year-old ‘KingRy’ was the guest and Mike Tyson face-timed Gervonta Davis to instigate a fight between them. There’s no denying that things got heated up as both agreed to the challenge verbally and appeared confident of taking out the other.

Meanwhile, the mandatory challengers and out-of-the-box fights can delay the lightweight thriller. If Garcia doesn’t fight Pacquiao next, he will possibly face Davis. However, fans will not be able to predict any of the matchups unless anything is said officially.

If Garcia does fight Davis, do you think Malik Warren’s prediction could be accurate?
