Gervonta Davis and Isaac Cruz will headline the main event on December 5. Earlier, Davis was supposed to face Rolando Romero on the same date. Unfortunately, because of a few controversies, Romero had to pull out of the fight. Hence, Cruz got lined up to fight ‘Tank’ and now a fight between the two is officially on.

Recently, Mike Coppinger shed some light on the undercard of the Davis vs Cruz bout.

He wrote, “Tank Davis-Isaac Cruz undercard announced, and it’s a solid one. Dec. 5 in L.A. on PPV:”

That said, here we look and analyze every undercard fight, and also determine who might come on top to attain a win.

Gervonta Davis vs Isaac Cruz – A look into all the undercard fights

Sebastian Fundora vs Sergio Garcia – super-welterweight contest

This will be a 12-round clash between two undefeated stalwarts. At one place, there’s a young gun in Fundora who’s looking to go big in the 154-pound division. On the other hand, there’s a veteran in Garcia, who wants to claim the ultimate super-welterweight gold.

Both fighters are undefeated. While Fundora is an undefeated fighter with a 17-0-1 record, Garcia has a whopping 33 wins. Given his experience, Garcia can claim an easy win over the young force.

Prediction: Sergio Garcia wins via a UD. 

Sergiy Derevyanchenko vs Carlos Adames – Middleweight contest

A bout between Derevyanchenko and Adames will be a 10-round middleweight affair. In this fight, Derevyanchenko (13-3) will look to arrest his two-fight skid.

On the flip side, Adames will have the momentum on his side. The 27-year-old has a resume of 20 wins and a loss. Moreover, he’s coming off two T/KO wins in his last two fights.

Prediction: Carlos Adames wins via T/KO in round 5.

Eduardo Ramirez vs Miguel Marriaga – Featherweight contest 

Another feature on ‘Tank’ vs Cruz card will be a 10-round featherweight contest between another young gun and an established star. Ramirez, 28, has a 25-2-3 record. In his last few fights, Ramirez has performed sensationally well. But Marriaga, the veteran, can derail his hype.

‘The Scorpion’ is a true finisher and his record stands at 30-4. Out of all his wins, 26 have arrived via T/KO. He is experienced but will need to be at his best against an opponent who has yet to be stopped.
