Normally it is Jake Paul who instigates all the online trash-talk. However, this time around, Gervonta Davis got an opportunity that he just could not afford to miss. ‘Tank’ took shots at ‘The Problem Child’.

Jake Paul posted a photo to his Instagram feed, posing with his very own ‘Most Valuable Boxer’ belt. He wore a white Richard Mille on his hand to go along with his belt. An Instagram page called ‘FakeWatchBuster’ called Paul out for wearing a fake watch.

Gervonta Davis took this opportunity to expose Paul, as he shared a screenshot of the comment alongside the picture on his Instagram stories. ‘Tank’ did not use any captions, instead, he just put a sad face emoji next to the picture.

The page then also posted a detailed breakdown of why they think the watch is fake. The caption said, “@jakepaul that’s a fake Richard Mille RM055 Bubba Watson white ceramic”

“The case material looks plastic, not genuine ceramic. The strap screws are too near each other. The shape of the case is way off wrong case size (too thick) wrong shape of the strap.”

Twitter had a field day reacting to Jake Paul. Let’s take a look at what people had to say.

Twitter reacts to Jake Paul supposedly wearing a fake watch

The internet does not really love Jake Paul. Even though some users made fun of him for wearing a fake watch, many supported his decision. They even thought what he did was a smart move. Users also trolled ‘Tank’ Davis for making fun of Paul.

In support of Paul, one user said, “Jake probably has 10 times more money than Tank and if he’s actually smart enough not to waste a significant amount of it on a watch good for him.”
