The WBA super featherweight champion, Gervonta Davis, sat down for a podcast with Gillie Da King and Wallo. ‘Tank’ spoke in great detail about the infamous spar with Devin Haney and potential fights with the top contenders of lightweight and featherweight boxing.
The Million Dollaz Worth of Game show with Davis revealed some of the inner details of the relationship between him and Floyd Mayweather.

Gervonta Davis exposes Floyd Mayweather
The five-division champion arranged a sparring session between two of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world, Gervonta Davis and Devin Haney.
Prior to Tank’s arrival, Mayweather had already announced on his Instagram about the sparring session. Following which 100 to 200 people came to witness the event.

Although it was Floyd Mayweather himself who arranged this bout to happen, he acted in an extremely erratic manner.
Mayweather was in the ring and manhandled Davis during the spar as he mentioned, “He [Floyd Mayweather] was grabbing my arms like while I’m trying to punch Devin he grabbed my arms like, Nah, like he pushed me on the ropes and everything while me and Devin were sparring”

Once an unbreakable duo, the camaraderie between Tank and Mayweather is no longer the same. Davis claimed in a now-deleted tweet that Mayweather was jealous of him after a recent clash of press conferences.
Mayweather responded empathetically, saying Davis did what he had to. Additionally, he said that he would go above and beyond for his fighters, including Tank.
