Who knocked down Gervonta Davis?

‘Tank’ in his illustrious stint hasn’t gotten knocked out cold, ever. However, he once went down to the canvas while fighting Leo Santa Cruz last year.

In his usual style, ‘Tank’ began his assault on Cruz and the latter responded well with some counterattacks in round 1. In this scuffle, Davis slipped, and he went backward to eventually fall on the canvas. But, the referee saw what happened, and he didn’t term it as a knockdown.

Apart from this, Davis never really went down to the canvas. He is a dominating boxer, who likes dictating the pace of the fight himself.
