Hearn started by saying he needed 20 seconds to go vomit, taking a shot at Wilder. Joshua and Wilder have been going back and forth for years. Finally this month, they came to an agreement for a match next year, much to the happiness of fans around the world. That was if they won their respective matches. “He’s not right, that’s the reality. It was the most one-sided heavyweight fight I’ve seen. He had no power in the back end of the fight. He’s ruined our plans.” said Hearn after Wilder failed to deliver on the conditions.

While the interview happened outside, Joshua was getting ready for his showdown against Otto Walin, unaware of Wilder’s loss. “Future is not Deontay Wilder.” Hearn believes Parker and Andy Lee hold much more weightage as boxers than Wilder ever did. Moreover, Hearn was confident about Joshua’s abilities before the Otto Wallin fight.

“I’m gonna tell him let’s go out there and show what real heavyweight looks like. He’s leagues above Deontay Wilder,” added Hearn as Joshua prepared to obliterate his opponent. Hearn is not the only one that Wilder disappointed.
