Frank Warren is optimistic about hosting Tommy Fury vs Jake Paul, a mega-fight that can be extremely massive at this stage. However, the Brit promoter wants to receive a fair payday for his client. ‘The Problem Child’ Jake Paul has offered $1 million to ‘TNT’ for an in-ring scrap, but Warren sees it as an under-payment. Hence, he has clarified his opinion on the whole scenario.

The Queensberry promoter has outlined his plans. And sees the potential fight to be worth millions. Thus, Jake Paul’s offer, didn’t sound very lucrative. Furthermore, Paul now has the ability to generate multiple PPV sales. So, a million-dollar deal doesn’t look to intrigue Tommy Fury to accept the bout.

When asked about the entire scenario by IFL TV, Warren provided a clear response. Reporter Michael Benson revealed a portion of it from his official social media handle.

Frank Warren said, “That offer was made, but that fight is worth millions and millions of dollars so Tommy wants to get what he feels is a decent purse. The negotiations are going on and hopefully we can work something out.”

The undefeated boxers have begun a heated agreement amongst themselves for a long time. It escalated even further after they shared an intense moment, following their latest wins in the same Showtime PPV in August. Vanquishing two MMA elites inside the boxing ring, Paul (4-0) and Fury (7-0) are two of the biggest surging stars in the sport of boxing.

Hence, a square-off between them can be electrifying. Nevertheless, Jake Paul might have several other lucrative options onboard other than ‘TNT’ Fury. So, it might be a bit too early to predict ‘The Problem Child’ sealing a scrap against ‘TNT’.

Paul may not want to go against a professional boxer right away, especially when Tyron Woodley has desired a rematch. The former UFC welterweight champion lost his boxing debut against Paul in April. But has vowed to overpower the social media star if given a rematch. Moreover, Woodley has also claimed to get a tattoo of ‘I love Jake’, a deal that Paul had offered for the rematch. Thus, we can potentially see the rematch happen.

If that is the case, Tommy Fury shall have to explore through several other names, other than Jake Paul. He is yet to put a relevant name in the list of his in-ring victims. So, it’s still early to call for blockbuster matchups, unless it’s Jake Paul.
