Floyd Mayweather has always found himself in the headlines. The undefeated boxing legend made the front pages for various reasons throughout his career. And even after his retirement, he is still the talk of the sport because of his fight against Logan Paul. Despite the criticism of the fight, former world champion Timothy Bradley Jr. has explained the one good thing to come from it.

Everyone is talking about the 8-round exhibition bout between Mayweather and internet sensation Logan Paul. The two will meet on June 6, and boxing fans have ridiculed the event. Many have accused Mayweather and Paul of doing it solely for the money. However, Bradley Jr. found the silver lining.

The 33-2-1 boxer spoke to FightHype.com on YouTube and gave his prediction for the fight. “You fighting the best fighter that damn, probably put on the gloves, bro. Like… Floyd… easy. Like, not even a contest, like, this is just dumb… it’s childish man. To me it’s childish,” said Bradley Jr.

Thus, he made no secret that he is also against the event. However, he pointed out that there is something good. Bradley Jr. said, “The one thing that I do like about it is that, at least the fighters on the undercard are getting paid. They’re getting paid and I always want the fighters to get paid. So that’s what I like about it.”

Which fighter is Timothy Bradley Jr. happy for?

The former world champion showed that despite all the criticism, at least someone will benefit from it. However, who are the fighters on the undercard who will benefit from fighting in such a lucrative event?

While the main event features a YouTuber taking on one of the best boxers ever, the undercard will feature two professional bouts, including a world title fight. Jean Pascal and Badou Jack will face each other for the second time, while the card will also feature Jarrett Hurd vs. Luis Arias.

In addition, ex-NFL star Chad Johnson will make his boxing debut on the card against an unnamed opponent. Therefore, all these fighters will earn more than they would on a regular boxing card. This, according to Timothy Bradley Jr., is the sole benefit of this event.
