Kamaru Usman is considered by many as one of the best Welterweight fighters of all time in the world of mixed martial arts. However ‘the Nigerian Nightmare’ recently suffered the third defeat of his career, the second against Leon Edwards. He lost via majority decision at UFC 286. What makes his second loss even more bitter is that he was sitting at the top of the pound-for-pound rankings in the UFC previously. However, it seems that he hasn’t allowed such losses to hold him back in the least.

Kamaru Usman recently appeared in an episode of Mike Tyson‘s podcast Hotboxin’ as a guest. There he talked about how he is now focusing on being happy and being himself. He also talked about how he thinks he will feel if he becomes the champion once again. Mike Tyson shared with him his own experience of what he felt like winning the title back.

Tyson, in response, shared his own experience of winning the title after being released from prison. He described the victory as a form of revenge for some reason, which caused the group to laugh.

Tyson explained that it was a moment where he felt like he had shown everyone what he was capable of, despite being incarcerated for three years.
