Mayweather and Paul would dish it out in an underwhelming 8-round match held in Miami. The exhibition bout would not have a winner at the end, as there were no judges to score the fight.
Following this, Stallone had some compliments for ‘Money’. He posted a photo of Maywaether on his Instagram account with the caption, “I must admit I admire the way Floyd Mayweather dresses! LoL”

In the photo, Mayweather can be seen wearing a T-shirt with a photo of Stallone on it. Moreover, this was a shirt from the official merchandise collection of Stallone, which might be the reason ‘Money’ got such an adoring compliment from the Hollywood star. The two seemingly shared a wholesome moment despite not interacting with each other.

Mayweather retired from boxing back in 2017 after his victory over UFC superstar Conor McGregor. However, he has since competed in exhibition bouts. Following his exhibition against Logan Paul, he fought in another bout against former training partner Don Moore. He will now face Japanese MMA star Mikuru Asukara in September.
Did Floyd Mayweather pay Logan Paul for the exhibition bout?
Following the match, Logan Paul accused Mayweather of not paying him his full share for the bout. The Maverick claimed that a share of his purse was not given to him despite numerous efforts to collect it. In an interview with TMZ he stated that he would be suing ‘Money’ if he does not get his dues.“No, he has not paid me in full. That is a fact. Short a few mil. Nah! We’re taking this one to court. See you in the courtroom. Congrats on going to prison, Floyd.” He said.
It was reported that Mayweather Jr earned a sum of $65 million, including his shorts sponsorship for $30 million. Paul would only see a fraction of this as he earned a guaranteed fee of just $250,000, as well as another $5 million due to his ten percent share of the pay-per-view revenue, which he claimed he hasn’t received. However, it is still not clear whether this is true, as Mayweather has denied these allegations.
