The drink has become popular among children, especially teenagers who are KSI and Paul’s largest audience. This has resulted in the drink making it to school campuses where it is consumed in enormous quantities. However, one school banned the drink from their campus, causing The British YouTuber to address the issue on social media. KSI shared an email from the principal of an unnamed school to its pupils. The email stated that the drink will be banned from now and will be confiscated if found.
The email read, “Hi everyone. Prime drinks are now a banned item. DO NOT bring them into school. They will be confiscated if found or seen, and you will be sanctioned with a -3. A reminder to you all that selling any items on school premises is not allowed and will lead to a suspension from school.”

Following this, KSI called out the school claiming that he will send a ‘truckload of Prime’ to the school and other schools as well.
A school had the AUDACITY to ban Prime, leaving their students dehydrated.
To counter this blatant wrongdoing, we’ll be sending a truckload of Prime to this school and many other schools. Just retweet this tweet to represent your school to get some Prime. pic.twitter.com/bfQhGgjzB2

However, the fans didn’t seem to agree with The Nightmare’s blatant attempt at pushing his narrative, as they called him out on this.
Fans sound off on KSI after Prime Hydration gets banned
One fan called out KSI for promoting a false narrative that children will get dehydrated if they didn’t drink Prime.
It's clearly because they've even selling them on…
Happens with every popular product in a school at some point.
They're not leaving them dehydrated.
Stop creating a false narrative because it fits your marketing

Another fan also poked fun at KSI, stating that children can still quench their thirst by drinking water.
Bro do you know what water is, they ain't dehydrated without some random sports drink

Moreover, one fan exposed the hypocrisy claiming that if KSI cared about the children, he wouldn’t charge $3 for his drink.
I mean if you really cared about peoples hydration you wouldn’t charge 3 dollars a bottle for your drink

Another fan hilariously pointed out that Prime wasn’t the only way children could stay hydrated.
Prime isn’t the only way to start Hydrated @KSI

However, one fan came in support of KSI insinuating that children should be allowed to sell drinks in their schools, citing it as the norm in the United States.
Selling drinks and snacks was the norm in American high school. Little side hustle never hurt anyone

Lastly, one fan seemed confused about his eligibility for the ban as he was homeschooled.

Omg my son has been going round all the shops locally looking for your drink and had me taxi-ing all the asdas in a certain radius … he still hasn’t been able to get your drink anywhere. Maybe Leicestershire is too far out?!

In a short period, Prime has seen tremendous growth. It is estimated that the company is worth $200 million and is capturing market space from established brands like Gatorade. However, the fans were quick to call out a very transparent attempt by KSI to gain some attention.
