It has been almost eleven months since YouTuber Logan Paul squared off with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition match at the Hard Rock Stadium in Florida. 5-division world champion and undefeated hero ‘Money’ Mayweather came out of retirement at 44 to fight Logan Paul, 26 in an event billed as ‘Bragging Rights.’ Although the bout received immense and mixed criticism, it was a match that generated a significant number of pay-per-views.
For Youtuber-turned-boxer Paul, sharing the ring with a living legend such as Mayweather was more than just a dream come true. As much as it contributed to the former’s growing resume in life, it helped him gain prestige and honor. Till this, things went pretty well. The tables turned north to south when Paul made shocking claims and accused Mayweather of not doing the former’s due payment from the fight.
