However, this announcement coincided with a reminder of Mayweather’s controversial fight tactics.  The talk of his dirty tactics resurfaced as fans recalled his bout against Diego “Chico” Corrales, which took place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on January 20, 2001.

A user named Patrick Ramos thought that these punches could get ‘Money’ to lose the fight. “That punch at the Back of the could have made Floyd lose the fight.” he wrote.
