Soon to be 45, Floyd Mayweather is still willing to offer himself in the boxing ring circle, a move that can flourish his net worth even further. Having amassed a clean 50-0 pro record with world championships in five weight categories, Mayweather retired from the sport in 2017.

However, he has been actively participating in exhibition fights and the next one can happen soon. Per reports, YouTuber Money Kicks was being looked upon as a valid opponent for ‘TBE’. The pair was also in talks to meet in February 2020 at the helipad of Hotel Burj Al Arab. However, Floyd Mayweather is also looking at other options, and he revealed everything about it in an exclusive interaction with SportsIcon.

Floyd Mayweather said, “Money Kicks, we talked about him. We are really not sure, if it’s him and if it’s not Money Kicks, we have another fighter that may step up who’s undefeated. Because if I am not mistaken, the event is called undefeated.”

He added, “Speaking with my team, he is a professional fighter actually. So, it would be great.”

Floyd Mayweather appeared last in July 2021 and took on Logan Paul in a bizarre matchup. The fight was held in an open weight division where Mayweather’s limit was at 160 lbs, with Logan Paul coming in at a maximum of 190 lbs.

Besides, there was no judge to analyze it and only knockout was considered legitimate for an official outcome. The bout ended in a draw, and Mayweather hinted at never appearing in the ring again. But he seems to have changed the plans.

While Mayweather couldn’t beat Logan Paul inside the ring, he also suffered a tough time outside of it. Per reports, Paul was supposed to spin at least $20 million from the fight. However, he accused Floyd Mayweather of underpaying him. Things got worse after Mayweather was hit by a lawsuit. It could have erupted his plans for re-appearing in action.

Well, Mayweather seems to have outlined his ideas for exhibition fights. He has seemingly sensed the massive amount of money that he can still make from his big fights. Thus, Mayweather may continue a newly revived career in exhibitions.
