Floyd Maywaether is one of the most opinionated people in the sport. The former champion has never been shy to voice his opinion on matters that he feels need addressing. However, this has not always been the best choice for Mayweather as his vocal persona has led to quite a few beefs in his career.

Moreover, Money has now come out and addressed the issue of his various feuds on social media.

Mayweather addresses his beef on social media

In an interview with Fight Hype TV,  the reporter comments on Money’s social media feuds and said that words can be traded in the heat of the moment.

I know sometimes you shoot your shot and words are traded between people but at the end of the day...” said the reporter. Mayweather interrupts the reporter and goes on to add that he has never been the person to start a beef,” Remember this I have never when you have seen beef on social media I have never. I have always been the reaction, not the action.”Mayweather told the reporter.

Moreover, he even stated that he has only uplifted the people around him and will continue to do so, “I have always uplifted my people and I will always uplift my people. ” He added.

The tough nature of Floyd Mayweather

Mayweather has been through a very harsh childhood growing up in poverty and often seeing violence around him. His father, Floyd Mayweather Sr. often got into fights with people, especially with his uncle Tony. Moreover, these altercations even resulted in Mayweather Sr. getting shot when Floyd was just 2 years old. Along with this, Mayweather was also subject to poverty in his childhood, which made him highly motivated to become successful.

Mayweather has never been shy to state his opinion on various political and social issues and does not care if this leads to beef with other people. Money has always been a fighter since his childhood and instead of being poor and stuck like he was supposed to be, he fought and made a name for himself.
