The boxing fraternity regards Floyd Mayweather as one of the finest boxers of his generation and also gets a lot of applause. Similarly, Mike Tyson’s ex-coach, Teddy Atlas, praised the ‘Pretty Boy’ in his recent tweet.

Teddy Atlas posted a video on Twitter of some sensational knockouts in boxing that included Gervonta Davis’ latest knockout as well. In addition, he posted a video of Mayweather knocking out Ricky Hatton in the 10th round of the fight. With this tweet, he quoted, “Another example spider luring beetle into web. Works better than ‘Raid’ 🕷🪲🥊.”

Atlas described how smartly Mayweather trapped Ricky Hatton into his trap and ended the fight with a sleek knockout punch. 

Floyd Mayweather impressed the boxing fraternity with his boxing skills

Floyd Mayweather fought 50 professional bouts in his career and never lost any of them. In his 50 fights, he displayed some spectacular skills in the ring. 

In 2013, Mayweather fought the young and dynamic Canelo Alvarez, who never lost any of his fights. The fans thought it will be a tough task for ‘Pretty Boy’ as Alvarez will hit blistering shots in the ring.

But the Mayweather turned the tables in his way. He schooled Alvarez in the ring and displayed it was an easy task for him. 

Another instance when ‘TBE’ impressed the fans was his fight against the Filipino legend, Manny Pacquiao. The boxing fans anticipated this fight to a great extent. They termed this fight ‘ the Battle for Greatness’.

Both the boxers portrayed tremendous entertainment in the ring as they exchanged a lot of punches. But Mayweather had a better defense than ‘Pac-Man’, which gave him a higher hand. Eventually, he won the fight by a decision.

Apart from skills, Mayweather has also impressed the fans with his gimmicks in the ring. One such incident took place in his last fight against Don Moore. Mayweather snatched the ring card from the ring girl before the 7th round of the fight and showed it to the audience. It was a funny gesture that entertained the spectators.

Well, there’s no doubt that Mayweather has entertained the fans through his epic and smart skills in the boxing ring through which he dominated his opponents.
