Floyd Mayweather‘s remarkable boxing success can be traced back to his challenging upbringing. Hailing from Michigan in 1977, he was born into a family with a deep-rooted boxing legacy, practically destined for the sport. His father and uncle’s boxing achievements undoubtedly fueled his passion for the sport. Despite his triumphs, Mayweather remains devoted to his loved ones. Following his retirement, he shared immense joy in spending quality time with his family.
Furthermore, at the time he also stated that he harbored no desire to make a comeback. Throughout his career, his family has been a pillar of support, and he often expresses profound gratitude for their love and care. Although none of his children pursued boxing, they all followed their unique interests and dreams. However, being the child of one of the greatest boxers in the world will definitely leave some impact on a person. A resurfaced picture of the two sons of Mayweather aptly illustrates the boxing influence within the Mayweather household.

Koraun Mayweather is the first child of ‘Money’ Mayweather meanwhile, Zion Mayweather is the third one born after his daughter Iyanna Mayweather. Sadly, it appears that both brothers don’t have much interest in boxing as the first child is pursuing his dream of becoming a musician while Mayweather’s second son is a talented fashion designer. Moreover, Koraun has previously even stated that “boxing is boring” in an interview with USA Today.
Floyd Mayweather tries to get his grandson to box and fails
There is a saying which states that parents love grandkids more than their own kids and it seems to be the case for Mayweather too. He dotes on his grandson and has even given him expensive gifts in the past. He even gifted Kentrell Gaulden Jr. a $42,000 Rolex. Recently, he shared a video of him and Kentrell Jr. in his private jet playing around.
