The rivalry between Floyd Mayweather and Jake Paul caught fire right at its inception. Ever since Mayweather announced that he’ll take on the ‘Problem Child’ in an exhibition fight, Paul traded the first verbal blows towards the undefeated boxer. However, ‘Money’ couldn’t hold back either and lashed out at the YouTuber.
He posted a picture from 2018 on his Instagram. Here, Paul took a selfie with him before taking his first strides in the sport.
Adding a caption to that image, the 43-year-old wrote, “Jake Paul is talking about he don’t do exhibitions, them two bulls**t boxing matches he had were exhibitions. They were not against real professional boxers.”

Mayweather laughed at Paul’s boxing run and fumed over Paul’s notion of not competing in exhibition bouts as he felt both of his bouts weren’t less than exhibition fights.
A day ago, Mayweather took it to his social handle stating he’d fight Paul only if he gets past Ben Askren on April 17. Not only that, but he revealed that he would take multiple exhibition fights this year. Earlier, the undefeated boxer would have fought Logan Paul on February 20, but the bout got postponed.

Floyd Mayweather, to settle scores with Jake Paul inside the ring?
Floyd Mayweather has outboxed every opponent in his cosmic career. He doesn’t truly pay attention to his opponent’s verbal jabs, but has preferred to settle things inside the squared circle. Jake Paul has already traded some harsh blows with Mayweather over the past few days, and it seems the latter won’t spare him.

‘Money’ has already made it public that he wants to touch gloves with the ‘Problem Child’; Paul’s verbal attacks have only aroused Mayweather for a fight.
Nothing official has arrived from both their corners yet. But, an exhibition bout might get staged for the second half of 2021 or the year-end.
