Almost five years since his last professional outing, Floyd Mayweather is yet to give away his fitness credentials. At the age of 44, the unbeaten boxer continues to train and tease his chances of stepping through the ropes in exhibition affairs. That said, Mayweather is still peaking on his fitness features.

Having fought Logan Paul in an exhibition in June 2021, the former five-weight champion hasn’t contracted much of the ring rust. Besides, he is already planning on his next stint and is back to hitting the gym extensively. A few days back, female unified middleweight champion, Claressa Shields trained with Mayweather and hailed his fitness. Now Mayweather’s coach, Big Gerald, did the same in a chat with Pro-Boxing Fans.

Shedding light on TBE’s current drills, Gerald said, “I just talked to him last night. He was at 450 situps for the day already and 470 push-ups already. So, he is just that type of person. He is going to stay on the top of his body and his mind.”

Floyd Mayweather can come back to action shortly and take on social media star Rashed Belhasa, aka ‘Money Kicks’. The fight is yet not official but seems to be in talks already. Moreover, Mayweather’s trainer Gerald clarified that the boxer is looking to fight on the helipad of Burj Al Arab in Dubai.

While Mayweather struggled to knockout Logan Paul in his last exhibition appearance, he is seemingly pushing off the limits to land a spectacular win in his next fight. If that is the case, his potential opponent, Money Kicks, can be in for some serious trouble.

Floyd Mayweather is ready, but Money Kicks is unfazed

Despite his unbeaten status, Mayweather doesn’t seem to have intimidated Money Kicks about an in-ring collision. Dubbed as Dubai’s richest kid, Rashed Belhasa claimed, he has been living with wild animals since childhood and is not scared of any human being. That might be a strong mindset to carry. But may not benefit him much in the ring, especially against an all-time legend. Well, Money Kicks is definitely not counting himself out of chances.

In an exclusive interaction with Sky Sports, Belhasa said, “You never know – any punch can land, and I have heavy hands.”

“If he underestimates me? A punch can come. Anything can happen.”

“I am much taller than him.”

“I’m getting there. Every day I am learning. I am still young but I’m getting better and better.”

All these factors clearly pave the road towards an intriguing fight. But without an official confirmation, it’s still bizarre to picture Mayweather facing a 20-year-old Money Kicks.
