The highly anticipated fourth installment of the John Wick franchise has finally hit the theaters. The protagonist played by Keanu Reeves has become a staple in the movie franchise which has seen great success in its  previous iterations. However, the fourth movie takes the action sequences to another level as unified welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr. found out.

In a recent scene that has left audiences stunned, Wick is seen going on a killing spree that is being compared to the destruction of a small town. The scene in question involves Wick taking on a group of assassins who have been sent to eliminate him. However, the assassins are no match for the unstoppable force that is Wick. This made Spence question whether the movie went overboard with the action sequences this time around.

John Wick’s actions sequences leave Errol Spence Jr stunned

Spence Jr. took to Twitter to express his thoughts on the picture. He stated that he felt like Reeves almost killed a whole town of people due to the number of deaths shown in the movie. “Feel like I just watched John wick kill a small town …” he wrote.

The John Wick franchise has always been known for its intense action sequences and impressive fight choreography. However, it seems that the fourth movie is taking things to a whole new level. The unified welterweight champion certainly felt that this was the case as he gave a brief review of the film to his followers.

A fan was quick to reply to Spence’s tweet also stating that some of the scenes were highly exaggerated. However, the welterweight champion hilariously stated that he would love to have one of Wick’s bulletproof suits, which is also an over-the-top prop in the movie. “nah bro was in shape I need one of those bulletproof suits tho” he wrote.

Spence was not the only one who reacted to the movies, as his rival and WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford also shared his thoughts on the film.

Despite the exaggerated sequences, the film has done quite well at the box office breaking previous franchise records. Moreover, with a talented cast including Reeves, Donnie Yen, Scott Adkins and Rina Sawayama, John Wick 4 is sure to be a movie that will be talked about for years to come.
