Strange things happen in boxing, but this current situation might puzzle you. HE Turki Alalshikh continues to stir the boxing world, and this time the fans are finally ready to catch it live who will take the undisputed crown between Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol. That’s not it. Eyes will be on Shakur Stevenson too, who needs a knockout to ease the pressure on himself and solidify his place among the best at 135. But what if you were to juggle the channels and streams to catch it live? It sounds funny, doesn’t it?
Fans are eagerly waiting for the blockbuster event on October 12, where a deep undercard, a historic main event, and some high-profile fights await them. If you want to catch the event live, you can tune in on DAZN and have an exhilarating experience. But there is a catch.
If you want to catch Stevenson, 27, defending his WBC title against Joe Cordina, you have to switch to DAZN. Why is that? The American boxer recently tied his future with Eddie Hearn‘s Matchroom Boxing and they have a tie-up with DAZN. It seems DAZN and Matchroom Boxing want to bank on their new signing and have made it a PPV card. The whole undercard will be on DAZN, with only the headliner of Beterbiev vs. Bivol making its way on ESPN+, and if you are a subscriber, you can watch it for free. But if you are not, you have to pay twice for the event.

In a conversation with Boxing News, Cordina, 32, talked about how fans were only talking about Stevenson, at 22-0. That didn’t deter him. He said, “Definitely, they’re overlooking me. 100%, but I don’t mind that. There’s nothing for me to lose. It’s all to gain for me. I just have to go out there and leave nothing to chance and leave it all in the ring.”
