Ahead of Gervonta Davis vs. Frank Martin, Ryan Garcia started a banter with former IBF Super Middleweight champion, Caleb Plant. While trash talk and banter are part of the game and tools exploited to promote events, Garcia made one repellent post after another dragging Caleb Plant’s wife Jordan Plant out of the blue. Taking to X, in a random post, willing to hurt Caleb Plant, the 25-year-old publicly stated, “Caleb plant wife is beautiful no disrespect.”

To make matters worse, he followed it up with yet another outrageous post when ‘KingRy’ labeled Jordan Plant as “easy on the eyes.” But since ‘Sweethands’ preferred to maintain silence, Garcia taunted the boxer from Las Vegas, saying he would personally “never let someone speak about my woman like that.” However, although Plant condemned Garcia’s behavior, he showed immense maturity by stating that ‘KingRy’ needed help. But, who knew Plant would throw beer at Garcia a few hours later at the MGM Grand Garden Arena?

After Plant publicly claimed that Garcia required help, the latter took to X and announced he would see ‘Sweethands’ “in person.” Here, a potential brawl was expected as the two were present in the crowd to witness ‘Tank’ Davis fight Frank Martin live. No sooner had the event ended Garcia and Plant ran into a scuffle where ‘Sweethands’ threw his drink at ‘KingRy’. Luckily, Garcia’s guards intervened and separated the boxers before anyone was hurt. After Fight Hub TV shared a brief clip of the scuffle, a fan thought “Ryan was scared as hell” as the boxer was seen with several bodyguards. Maybe, the 25-year-old well knew that he had crossed a line and needed protection from Plant at Davis vs. Martin event.

Similarly, one pointed out that although Caleb Plant was “with zero bodyguards,” Ryan Garcia was there with “his task force.”

In the same vein, a fan wondered if people actually thought Ryan Garcia scared Caleb Plant.

However, one person claimed Caleb Plant, who lost his last fight to David Benavidez, was just trying to “stay relevant” by running into an altercation with Ryan Garcia.

On the other hand, a fan of Garcia was of the opinion that ‘KingRy’ “could sleep him [Plant] if it came down to it“.

But the scuffle at MGM was not enough for KingRy as Garcia resumed his attacks on X.

Although Garcia’s comments about Jordan Plant are repellent and disrespectful, the 25-year-old cares little about the consequence of his words. For the same reason, he took to X and said, “If someone F’d my girl and only thru a beer bottle Id be mad.” Additionally, bemoaning that Plant did not look Garcia in the eye, Ryan declared war against ‘Sweethands’: “I don’t give a f*** hit me with a can of beer and not look at me in the eyes it’s war.”

By and by, Ryan Garcia bragged about allegedly being in a relationship with Jordan Plant before Caleb and Jordan met.
