Despite knowing the uphill battle Ohan faced, DeLuca remained focused on his fighter’s safety. “He got hit with two really sharp shots—a brutal uppercut and a straight left that put him down twice. But he didn’t take much damage; he left the ring with his health, which is important,” DeLuca noted. For DeLuca, Mason’s performance highlighted the harsh realities of boxing, where raw talent and power often dictate the outcome.
