YouTuber turned boxing superstar, Jake Paul is currently set to face his longtime nemesis Tommy Fury in Saudi Arabia on February 26, 2023. Meanwhile, fellow YouTuber turned boxing sensation, KSI, is fresh off a victory against FaZe Temperrr. On the other hand, there have been talks about a fight between the duo, by the end of 2023. While KSI gave Paul a list of demands for the fight. There were rumors that they have already signed a contract. However, Paul’s promotional company, ‘Most Valuable Promotions’, recently shut down the rumors about the contract signing.

In an interview with Mirror, KSI detailed his demands. He said, “Weight-wise, I’d love it to be 176lb, 177lb, but 180lb sounds perfectly fair, maybe even slap a rehydration clause – I know he’d want that!” And, also mentioned that he wished to have the fight in the UK.

Paul, however, was surprisingly in agreement with KSI’s UK fight clause. In a later tweet, he even agreed on the weight and rehydration clause. Which, in turn, intrigued KSI, who agreed to the fight. This also gave way to rumors that they had signed a contract.

But, MVP took to social media to shoot down the rumors. And also mentioned that the duo has not signed a contract.

Fans open up about Jake Paul vs KSI

Boxing fans, on the other hand, were not surprised by the turn of events. In fact, they took to social media to share their thoughts about the same.

Ilya Balyuk wasted no time in saying, “I’m not surprised.”

Alex Labelle, however, wished to see the fight. They said, “End of 2024 I wanna see this fight or beginning, build their records this year fight 2 more times each.”

Meanwhile, a few fans were certain that the fight will never happen. Top G Robert said, “As expected we all know KSI will never fight Jake. He’s scared always has been he wanted a Jake that never fought before in 2018. But now that Jake is levels above.”

Similarly. Syahid added, “At this point, everything is just not gonna happen.”

But, Alvarez P4P was certain of Paul’s victory. They mentioned, “Jake is going to make the biggest robbery in end of 2023 in the easiest fight he will ever be in.”
