Errol Spence Jr. would lock horns with Terence Crawford in less than two weeks. The two would compete for the undisputed welterweight championship of the world. While Spence Jr. assured fans that they would witness the “fight of the decade“, Crawford declared the sun would shine on him. Amidst all the talks, Spence Jr. recently revealed how he is borrowing inspiration from Keanu Reeves.

In fact, the unified welterweight champion is looking up to a character played by Reeves. Spence Jr., who declared he would deliver a great performance, is mirroring the Canadian actor. Likewise, he took to Instagram and crowned himself with a brand new title.

Errol Spence Jr. thinks that his fight with Terence Crawford “is the biggest fight in boxing.” In a recent press conference, ‘The Truth’ declared that “someone will have to break come fight night“. Anyway, he feels he is blessed to have received the opportunity to compete for the undisputed welterweight championship of the world. Additionally, he wants to show other fighters that there is a reward for those willing to take risks. “We need all y’all to support us. We gotta show these other fighters that there is a reward in taking risks. The best gotta fight the best. I’m very blessed for this opportunity to be the first-ever undisputed welterweight champion of the world,” Spence Jr. said.

Likewise, Spence Jr. would bring his A-game on the 29th of July. Looks like, in order to deliver the “great performance” he has been promising, ‘The Truth’ is drawing inspiration from actor Keanu Reeves. Spence Jr., who recently watched John Wick: Chapter 4 in theatre, looks forward to channeling his inner John Wick against ‘Bud’. In fact, ahead of the fight against Terence Crawford, Spence Jr. took to Instagram and in one of his Stories called himself the “Black John Wick“. While Spence Jr. called himself “Black John Wick”, Terence Crawford declared that he would go for the knockout and win the bout in a spectacular fashion.

Anyway, it is nice to see Spence Jr. in such a light mood ahead of the biggest fight of his career in the sport. To witness how “Black John Wick” delivers against Crawford on July 29th, fans will have to tune in.
