Hearn finds all three boxers to be talented. However, on paper, it would be hard to put, ‘Sugar,’ on the same pedestal as Davis and Haney. Primarily because the featherweight champion made his lightweight debut only back in April. Since then, he has not competed in the division. Meanwhile, ‘Tank,’ and Haney have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with by defeating formidable opponents in the division.

In an interview with FightHype, Hearn stated, “I mean I am a big fan of all of them. I think Getvonta Davis is a beast. I think he is very exciting. I think Shakur has tremendous fundamentals. I think if you are looking at wins, then it’s definitely between Devin Haney and Tank. If you are talking about ability, I mean they all are unbelievably talented.”

Moreover, when he considers the opponents they have defeated, it is clear as day that Davis and Haney are superior to Stevenson. He added,  “I think if you are looking at resume, coming off against performances and wins, Lomachenko, Kambosos Jr. But tank has a great resume as well.” It is safe to say Hearn has made his opinion known. Moreover, let’s take a look who Davis considers is a better boxer between Stevenson and Haney.

Stevenson or Haney? Davis answers

In an interview, Haney was asked to give his opinion about Stevenson and Haney as boxers. Intriguingly, he happened to spar both of them. However, in his response, he stated he finds them to be overrated and does not find their skillset respectable. Reflecting on the same, he stated, ““I don’t know, I don’t know, everybody too big, keep talking about these guys.”
