Jake Paul and Tommy Fury might have sparked a bizarre rivalry between each other, posing a YouTube boxer against a newly turned professional. However, they have the potential to stage a boxing blockbuster and Matchroom Director, Eddie Hearn, seems to have noticed that.

Hearn was the first promoter to bring YouTubers- Logan Paul and KSI in a professional boxing bout, and he would not hesitate in repeating the same with Jake Paul. He has expressed his favor in staging the fight and when the right time comes, ‘TNT’ and ‘The Problem Child’ can actually collide inside the ring.

Speaking with Boxing Scene, the Matchroom Kingpin has shed his opinion on the fight.

“I like Tommy Fury against Jake Paul. Personally, I don’t mind. Jake Paul is putting the work in. And I’ve seen many pro fighters that are worse than Jake Paul,” said Eddie Hearn.

Well, Hearn isn’t the only one to praise Jake Paul. Heavyweight legend Mike Tyson has also appreciated the Internet star’s approach towards boxing after he knocked out Nate Robinson in November.

Be it for the good or not, Paul brings attention and it can be fruitful for the sport. However, there’s a huge section of elites that absolutely ridicule the idea.

Canelo Alvarez, the P4P King has recently criticized the Paul brothers. According to Alvarez, they are here for money and fame, with no love for boxing.
