‘Don’t F**king Come at Me Just Because I’ve Got the B*lls to Do It’: True Geordie Punches Back at Critics Over Tyson Fury Debacle

YouTube commentator Brian Davis, better known by his online name True Geordie, recently took the internet by storm after a controversial interview. Geordie recently had WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, on his channel, where he asked some uncomfortable questions to Fury.

The British YouTuber pressed Fury on his next fight against Derek Chisora. However, he was dismissed and insulted by ‘The Gypsy King’ who called him a ‘t***pot’ and told him to ‘kiss his b****’ as he stormed off their video call.

Despite Fury’s response, many fans came in support of the YouTuber for asking hard questions to the heavyweight champ. However, he was also criticized by many for pushing Fury knowing very well he was there to promote the fight. Geordie has now come out with an official response to address the criticism he received following this interview. This was aimed mainly at the media members who called out Geordie for the interview.

In the video he stated that in the five minutes he interviewed Fury, he got more out of him than media houses have in 10 years. “And that experience that I’ve had has enabled me in five minutes with Tyson Fury or whatever the f**k that was to get a lot more out of them than the people criticizing me have gotten in the last five or 10 f***ng years. So just you’re embarrassing yourself.” he said

Moreover, he added that although he does not know boxing very well, he didn’t need to as anyone could see that Fury vs Chisora should not be booked. He also claimed that asking hard questions was a part of his job and sounded off on the people who are afraid to ask tough questions from boxers. “But True Gerodoie they might know more about boxing than you. But you know what you don’t have to know s**t about boxing to know Chisora and Fury should not be fighting again. Telling me I’m on a wind up just because I didn’t take his first answer. That’s Journalism. How am I having to explain this to people f*****g do this for a living?” he added.

Lastly, he warned people who came after him for doing his job. He stated that he worked hard to get in a position where he couldn’t care if Fury does not give him another interview. “don’t f***ng come at me just because I’ve got the balls to do it. I’ve worked hard to get in a position where it f***g doesn’t matter if I speak to Tyson Fury again in a day of my life.” he said.

Geordie certainly didn’t hold back in his response. However, he had every right to defend himself, as he felt it was his job to ask tough questions.
