YouTube sensation Jake Paul doesn’t take kindly to interruptions—especially when discussing his highly anticipated fight against Mike Tyson. However, that’s exactly what happened during his recent ‘Face 2 Face’ conversation with ‘Iron’ Mike. What’s even more intriguing is that none other than President-elect Donald J. Trump was unexpectedly pulled into the mix.
The pair sat down for their pre-fight face-off ahead of their clash on Friday, November 15th at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. As Tyson and Paul got ready to go back and forth, discussing their eventual collision in the ring, the host of the show, rapper Cam’ron Giles aka Cam’ron, conveyed the rules of the conversation.
“To maintain order, we’re going to allow you guys 45 seconds to answer my question. The opponent has 45 seconds to respond,” the host of the MVP face-to-face explained in the beginning. Paul was quick to highlight, “This is like a presidential debate. Hopefully, it’s not 2v1 like Trump had to deal with,” unaware it would soon turn into a real debate, with interruptions from the production crew.

Nearly a third of the way through the conversation, while interjecting, the host told Jake Paul, “They [are] telling me [you are] talking too long…” as the conversation came to a halt. Shocked, Paul quickly turned around to see what was happening behind the cameras, when the host said, “This is not no Trump s**t,” referring to the whole ‘hot mic’ situation during the 2024 presidential debate. “That’s what I am saying. I knew this was going to happen,” replied Jake Paul angrily.
For those who don’t remember, Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris‘ campaign wanted the mics to remain on throughout their debate on ABC News. However, Trump disagreed, insisting that his campaign had agreed to microphone rules similar to those used in the first presidential debate between Trump and Joe Biden, where microphones were switched off when it wasn’t a candidate’s turn to speak.
Regardless, Paul was infuriated with the interruption, stating, “We got all the time in the world. We can make edits.” He then asked for the producer responsible for the rule. “What’s your name?” Paul asked. In a comical coincidence, the individual revealed his name was “Joe.” Still infuriated, Paul snapped at the producer, declaring, “Shut the f**k up, Joe.”
While this incident was wild, something even wilder happened later in the interview.

Mike Tyson threatens to feed Jake Paul’s pigeon to his falcon
In a quirky twist during the Face 2 Face interview, Paul, trying to tap into Tyson’s well-known love for pigeons, presented the retired champ with a bird he claimed was specially “imported from Southeast Asia.” You would think Tyson, who loves the feathered creatures, would love this gift, but that was far from the case.
Tyson, unimpressed, responded dryly, “Thank you, Jake. This looks like a low-budget pedigree.” After examining the pigeon for a second, Tyson joked that the bird might meet an unfortunate end: “I’ll feed him to my falcon,” he said, shocking the host, who exclaimed, “That’s f***** up, Mike.” Tyson then clarified he was only joking, but turned down the gift, adding, “No one loves him… He has no bands or anything so he doesn’t belong to nobody.”
