Dmitry Bivol flew under the radar for the better part of his professional career. He has been a silent assassin who makes no sound or fuzz about his fights but works best when put inside the boxing ring. The Russian fighter has amassed fame and wealth because of his technical skills and boxing prowess, as he continues to maintain his stronghold on the light heavyweight division. So, it’s natural that his stay at the top and his possession of the gold have ensured he takes home a hefty amount after his fights.

But how much has the former WBA champion earned through his fights? Does he have other avenues of adding to his bank account? The answers to these questions are below and you can just scroll down.

What is Dmitry Bivol’s net worth?

Bivol, 34, boasts an impressive record of 23-1, which adds to his allure and charm inside and outside the squared circle. While his technical style doesn’t sway casual fans, he is revered in the hardcore boxing circles. But he has slowly made his way into casual fans’ vocabulary recently, especially after his fight with Canelo Álvarez. The major share of the Tokmak native’s net worth comes from his fight earnings, then his endorsements include Boxraw, BetMGM, RCC Boxing, and Russian Copper Company. It pushes his net worth to an overall $10 million.

How much did Dmitry Bivol earn against Artur Beterbiev?

The reports suggest that Bivol racked up an amount of $10 million in his fight with Beterbiev, where all the marbles at 175 were up for grabs. The involvement of HE Turki Alalshikh and finding a headliner spot at the Riyadh Season worked in Bivol’s favor as he got the biggest payday of his career. Interestingly, Beterbiev also earned the same amount for risking his titles, as he clinched Bivol’s WBA title.

Dmitry Bivol’s earning against Canelo Alvarez & other fight purses

Notably, Bivol, at 23-1, earned a guaranteed $5 million after stepping inside the ring with the Mexican champion. In addition, he must have earned the PPV share, which would have further ballooned his earnings. But we don’t have the exact figure for it. After the fight with Alvarez, Bivol’s highest payout tipped around $2.5 million against Gilberto ‘Zurdo’ Ramirez in the same year. The light heavyweight champion followed it up with another high-paying fight against Lyndon Arthur, which left him $1.9 million wealthy in 2023, as listed by SportsCasting.

However, if we look beyond the fights where he didn’t make millions, he still managed to clock in considerable bucks. In his fight against Malik Zinad, he bagged $750,000, whereas fighting against Umar Salamov and Craig Richards, his purse saw an increase of $500,000 each. Another fight that got him staring close to a million was against Joe Smith Jr., where he pocketed $875,000.
