The stout heavyweights Dillian Whyte and Alexander Povetkin are all set to face each other this weekend. The pair will lock horns with each other for the second time, since their first contest in August 2020. The Brit Dillian Whyte will look to avenge his loss and claim the WBC interim heavyweight belt to make himself viable for a title shot.
In the first fight between the two, Whyte floored the ‘Russian Vityaz’ twice in the fight. Yet, he fell prey to a magnetic left uppercut from the latter and was left unconscious on the canvas.
It was his second vicious loss. On top of that, he missed out on a cosmic opportunity to fight for the ultimate title. Ever since that contest, the ‘Body Snatcher’ has asked for a rematch enormous times.
