WBC Interim heavyweight champion Dillian Whyte doesn’t appear impressed with Andy Ruiz Jr’s latest win over Chris Arreola on May 1. Although Ruiz Jr. successfully returned to the win column, several analysts and boxers noted the loopholes he showcased.

Ending over a year-long hiatus from the ring, the 31-year-old went to the final bell and seemingly had a close fight against Arreola. Moreover, he was fed to the canvas in the primary stage, which alarmed the entire combat community.

Hence, Dillian Whyte turned to social media and ridiculed ‘The Destroyer’. Since Andy Ruiz Jr. couldn’t knock out a 40-year-old Chris Arreola, Whyte found all the reasons to demean his victory. Per Michael Benson, ‘The Body Snatcher’ had posted an Instagram story to address the issue.

Coming off strong in the fight, Chris Arreola could knock down Andy Ruiz Jr. He was also hit with power shots, but that didn’t seem to shake his confidence.

Meanwhile, Dillian Whyte has been active in the past few months. He has recently avenged his loss to Alexander Povetkin in a lopsided show. ‘The Body Snatcher’ fought for his lost WBC Interim strap and knocked out Povetkin to reclaim the spot.
