Their harangue continued as Haney Sr. could be heard in the background: “There he goes, ducking. I see him. I know I see him trying to duck around there.” Then, as Garcia walked in front, he added, “Came all out here for nothing, huh? You’re ducking it, huh?” He didn’t hold back when addressing Valencia either, who boarded the vehicle after Garcia, all smiles but offering no response.

His son Devin Haney referred to it as ‘unfinished business’ while revealing how personal it was between him and Ryan Garcia. Given that even HE Turki Alalshikh is equally eager for a rematch between the two, Haney didn’t rule out the possibility either.

However, the Haneys don’t seem too positive about the feedback from Ryan Garcia, it seems. Speaking with iFL TV, ‘The Dream stated, “He’s telling lies; he does not want to fight, and, uh, it’s cap; he’s just talking….Ryan Garcia, that’s a fight that you know we want to make, but, uh, Ryan Garcia doesn’t want to make the fight.”
