Five-division boxing champion Floyd Mayweather is an unstoppable force to be reckoned with. Although he retired from professional boxing in 2017, the man is 45 years old now, and still floors young fighters across the canvas. Even after his retirement, he participates in exhibition bouts. He will be seen locking horns against British Youtuber Deji in a few days.

Floyd Mayweather and Deji will be squaring off inside the ring on November 13th, at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. It will be a part of the Global Titans Fight Series. In addition, the undercard has some interesting match-ups including Tommy Fury’s long-delayed boxing return.

Mayweather just came off a fresh victory against the Japanese fighter Mikuru Asakura. ‘Never rest after a victory,’ aptly applies to Mayweather, as he quickly got straight back to work with press conferences and other things for the Deji fight following his win against Asakura. The Boxing world has been making predictions about the fight, and undoubtedly, it is a clear victory for a seasoned fighter like Mayweather. But take a look at what Deji’s trainer has to say about it.

Every boxing coach works with his fighter to bring out the best in them. In addition to overseeing a boxer’s physical preparation, a trainer is in charge of ensuring that the fighter is mentally prepared to prevail in any situation. However, in Deji’s case, even his trainer knows that it is nearly impossible for Deji to defeat a boxer like Mayweather.

When asked about his prediction for the fight, Deji’s trainer responded, “First round, Deji knockout.” Furthermore, he also revealed that Mayweather has served as an inspiration for him. He even said that he was star-struck when he saw or met Mayweather during the press conferences, but he kept that inside, not making it completely obvious.
