Deji Drops Fighting Words, but Then Quickly Backpedals

The bout between Joe Weller and KSI is regarded as the starting point for Influencer crossover in the sport. Deji followed his older brother’s footsteps and got into the ring. He made his debut in 2018, losing his bout against Jake Paul. But since then, the British Youtuber Turned boxer has come a long way.

Recently, Deji was at the Jake Paul Vs. Tommy Fury main event, and while at the ringside, he was asked who he would like to fight next. Even though he named the person he would like the fight with confidence, he instantly backpedaled.

Deji is ready to fight anyone

While at the Paul Vs.Fury main event, Deji was asked who he would be interested in fighting next. Even though Deji was eager to answer the question, he stepped back after naming the social media star he had in mind for a potential boxing fight.

Deji said, “I’ll fight anyone, really; I want Logan Paul.” He further added, “Nah, I’m joking.” After saying this, the Youtuber cracked up in hysterical laughter. If these two ever decide to meet in the ring, it will be an exciting bout for their fans to see.

Deji last fought Floyd Mayweather Jr in an exhibition bout in Dubai. However, Deji ended up losing the fight via sixth-round TKO.

Since the fight, the fans have been awaiting the Youtuber to announce his next fight and are eager to see him in the ring again.

Deji Vs. Logan Paul: Will it happen?

Youtuber turned WWE star Logan Paul and Deji have a thing in common. Both have fought the five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition bout.

So it will be fun to see who prevails when the YouTubers clash in the ring. The bout between the two is not confirmed, and it seems like Deji was joking about wanting to fight Paul.
