“Deji > Canelo; Swarmz > Mike Tyson”: Boxing World Reacts to Deji’s Next Fight

Following the match against Floyd Mayweather Jr. last year in Dubai, UAE, Deji is finally ready to once again grace the boxing ring. The 26-year-old YouTuber is reported to make his comeback on the undercard of his elder brother KSI on May 13th. On the said date on MF&DAZN: X Series 007, in an attempt to “knock out a pro boxer”, KSI will lock horns with Joe Fournier in the ring.

Excitingly, Deji would appear on the undercard of KSI and square off against one of the figures the CEO of Misfits already knocked out in boxing. Deji, who has lost 80% of his matches in the ring, would look forward to embracing a victory for the second time since he last tasted it against Fousey on The DAZN X Series.

Boxing fans offer a variety of reactions to the announcement of Deji returning on May 13th

After Michael Benson shared the news regarding Deji’s next fight via a tweet several people reacted to it. As per the tweet, the 26-year-old YouTuber, who had the privilege to share the boxing ring with none other than the former five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., will fight Swarmz on May 13th. As mentioned, KSI already squared off against Swarmz last year on 27th August and defeated him via a second-round KO in the ring. Taking to Twitter, Benson declared, “Announced: Deji will face Swarmz on the undercard of KSI vs Joe Fournier, [on] May 13th at Wembley Arena.”

After Benson’s announcement, @KfateDr said, “Deji > Canelo [and] Swarmz > Mike Tyson.”

Meanwhile, @BoxingShrew asked, “What is a Deji and Swamrz?”

On the other end, @FinalBossXV declared that despite following “many divisions” they were unaware of Swarmz and Deji.

However, @lamelofan21 is of the view that Deji vs. Swarmz “is main event worthy“. The fact that it was on the undercard surprised them greatly.

Lastly, @Josh2440_ accused Mayweather of ducking a rematch with Deji.
