Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney are set to battle it out on April 20 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. And things have gone from bad to worse between the two fighters. In a recent pinch, the Victorville native revealed he had seen the controversial clip of Haney and Gervonta Davis sparring – against the wishes of Floyd Mayweather.
In the lead-up to the fight, both corners have thrown verbal jabs at each other alongside real ones. During the Super Bowl LVIII Radio Row, the pair nearly got into an all-out brawl, which was followed by increasingly insulting comments on social media. So, in Garcia’s latest wave of attack, he brought up Haney’s infamous sparring clip with ‘Tank’ Davis. This unfolded during an interview with Ariel Helwani shared on YouTube today.

It’s worth mentioning that even ‘Tank’ and Haney had gone back and forth regarding the unseen clip, each claiming they were the victor. However, no one besides a select few have actually witnessed it. So, when Helwani brought up Garcia’s unexpected relationship with Floyd Mayweather, Garcia revealed how he got hold of the clip.
“We’re good, we’re cool. I think he’s a little mad at me for saying some things that maybe he thought… He didn’t tell me to keep things a secret, so I kind of just started talking s**t like I [have] seen the video of Devin Haney getting his a** knocked out by Tank Davis,” said Garcia. He then proceeded to explain what happened during the sparring session.

“I [have] personally seen the video [of] Devin Haney. [He] is knocked out almost cold by ‘Tank’ Davis. I [have] seen it with my own eyes. Adrien Broner did hop in the ring,” said Garcia. He acknowledged that Haney was just 19 when he sparred with Davis in the clip but claimed, “You got your a** rocked, and you know it.” Meanwhile, Bill Haney also spoke about the infamous clip recently.
Bill Haney claims Adrien Broner is a bonehead

If you don’t knock it off…”
