Sylvester Stallone is one of the most iconic action heroes in Hollywood history, best known for his portrayal of the titular character in the Rocky movie franchise. However, it seems that even a larger-than-life statue of the star isn’t enough to capture his true essence. Recently, Sylvester was interviewed by his brother Frank Stallone next to a life-size Rocky statue, and the conversation took an unexpected turn.

While admiring the statue, Frank asked his brother what he thought of it. What followed was an intriguing and somewhat cryptic response from the action star.

During a recent interview with Frank Stallone, Sylvester Stallone was asked about his thoughts on the life-size statue of Rocky Balboa. Frank asked Sylvester, “Here you are next to your statue, what do you think?” Sylvester responded, “Well, it’s kind of an imposter, cause I don’t look like that. I look like this,” and then proceeded to flex. He further stated, “Those legs belong on a Camel, a piano, or a pool table, but definitely not a Stallone.”

The interview was posted on Frank Stallone’s Instagram with a caption that read, “Art not imitating life, calves were never our strong point. But we are free thinkers @officialslystallone who believe anything is possible and quitting is improbable and not in our dialogue. The Stallone’s all our success and happiness because of you the fans that spend your hard earned to see our films go to my concerts. We thank you and God. OMG I just realized he has no hands, we forgot to put them on lol.”

It seems that Sylvester Stallone was not pleased with the statue’s depiction of his legs, which he jokingly stated belonged on a camel or a pool table. While it may not have a striking resemblance to Sylvester Stallone, the statue has become a beloved symbol of the underdog spirit that the Rocky franchise embodies.
