Garcia wrote, “Part of my reason why I do what I do. My Children will see who his dad is. My Children will have a great idea of a strong and brave man.” Notably, Garcia welcomed his first child, Riley, in March 2019 at the age of 20 with his former partner, Catherine Gamez. Garcia recently became a father to his first-born son, Henry, and soon announced his divorce from Andrea Celina.
Further in his note, the 24-1 record holder expressed his desire to ensure his team remembers him as a “warrior.” He added, “My team will know what type of warrior they have. In the end it’s for kingdom of Heaven.” Garcia recently switched his training to Derrick James, and under his tutelage, he has racked up a victory against Oscar Duarte and is currently breaking a sweat to challenge Devin Haney for the WBC super lightweight strap.
On the other hand, on the personal front, Garcia has been dealing with a divorce from his partner.

Hours after the birth of Henry, Garcia had announced his split with Andrea Celina. He broke the disheartening news on his social media handle and wrote, “As I step into a new chapter in my life, it’s with [a] heavy heart to share that Drea and I have decided to divorce.” He then thanked Celina for all their years together and for what she had done for the family.
Both remain committed to raising their children together, and Henry remains a constant presence on Celina’s social media, as she continues to update fans about his health. Similarly, Garcia puts his children as his topmost priority and takes time for them whenever he can.
