Following Saturday’s assassination attempt at Donald Trump, Conor McGregor has voiced his support for the 45th President of the United States. This in turn seems to have ignited patriotism in former world champion from Cuba, Yordenis Ugas! Months ahead of presidential elections in the States, Donald Trump was giving a speech in a rally in Pennsylvania.
The speech was then abruptly interrupted as Trump suddenly ducked down, which later turned out to be because of a bullet piercing his right ear. As Secret Service agents surrounded him, the former president was escorted to his SUV and rushed to a local hospital for further treatment before being flown to his residence in New Jersey.
Later reports revealed a 20-year-old man named Thomas Matthew Crooks was the shooter involved—who has been shot and killed by the Secret Service. During the shooting, one man sadly lost his life, while two other attendees were seriously injured. Trump’s team also revealed that the presidential candidate is now doing better.
