Jake Paul jibed at countless bigwigs of boxing and MMA ever since he came into the limelight. From Twitter banters to backstage brawls, Paul ended up bagging extensive attention from the fight fraternity. However, he went a level up with his trash talks when he hit out at Claressa Shields.
The duo locked horns verbally in the concluding months of 2021. But keeping everything aside, ‘GWOAT’ recently spoke about a friendship with ‘The Problem Child’.
Shields was in a conversation with Pro Boxing Fans, where she said, “It’s not a beef. It is, if he wanted, oh he’s saying he want to be friends now if he apologized to me for calling me a loser maybe we can be friends. But to the end, I want to punch him in a face deal.”

The rift between the two extended when Jake Paul called ‘T-Rex’ a loser.
Last year, Claressa Shields lost to Abigail Montes in PFL. This was not just her first MMA loss, but also the first time when she ended up on the losing side in her entire fight career. Citing that, Paul came up with a lengthy paragraph on Twitter, launching wild shots at ‘GWOAT’.
Since then, both the individuals went after each other on social media, interviews, and more.

Both Paul and ‘T-Rex’ gradually seem to be amicable towards each other with his initiative for women’s boxing. That said, a collaboration for a boxing event, or even for a workout, might be contention if everything goes well between them.
