Floyd Mayweather Jr’s trainer, Gerald Tucker celebrated his birthday by imparting his wisdom and camp plans to his new trainee, none other than the GWOAT, Claressa Shields.

A picture of a training session, held in a gym made rounds on the internet last year, of GT giving Claressa Shields water in the middle of her camp last year. Gerald Tucker posted the carousel of pictures to his social media story captioning it “My first day coaching the GWOAT.” 

As the training session unfolded, Mayweather Jr.’s trainer guided Shields with precision and passion under his watchful eyes. There is an unspoken understanding between the mentor and the mentee. A connection that transcends words. Spectators firmly believe that both of them are moving towards greater success, hard work, and excellence.

GT, or The Great as he is known, actively trains Adrien Broner and Tyron Woodley. Thus showcasing his expertise and dedication in shaping the skills of renowned athletes. One of Tucker’s notable achievements is his association with the legendary Floyd Mayweather Jr.
