Amanda Serrano, the reigning undisputed featherweight boxing champion, joined the Professional Fighters League’s Super Fight division. This decision aligned with her earlier announcement expressing a desire to step back into the MMA arena before retiring. She might be kindling the MMA fire within her.

With a record of two wins and no losses in MMA, she teased a possible comeback in MMA by posting a picture of herself along with her training details on her X account. She informed her fans that her entire week would be dedicated to honing her mixed martial arts skills, such as submission and grappling. In the post, she wrote, “This entire week I’m going in on MMA training. Today I did 1hr of kicking…w/knees & elbow strikes…Tomorrow is my Submission Wrestling.” Fans could not wait to jump in.

After securing her historical win against Danila Ramos, Serrano seems to be brushing up on her MMA skills again. A picture of herself on her X account detailing her training regime was all it needed to get the fans all hyped. “Conditioning and more conditioning helps with grappling. You can get winded very quickly grappling,” said one fan, giving his two cents.

“Her grappling training should consist solely of takedown defense and pretending the floor is lava if her back is on it. Other than that STAY ON THE FEET,” added another fan, who had some pointers for the boxers.

“Lets go cant wait to see you kick some,” said another fan who was excited about Serrano’s next MMA fight.

“After my boxing fight lets get you out to @CrisCyborgGym to train we can use @dionebarbosamma as a partner!” said none other than Cris Cyborg who invited Serrano to her gym for training.

“You got this,” said another follower.

Amidst all this, Skye Nicolson has called out Serrano for a punch-down after her recent victory.
