Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez will take on Callum Smith on December 19, Saturday. This will be an electrifying battle for the Mexican boxer to conclude the year. His fans want him to take up more sturdy challenges post this fight. In his pre-fight conversation with Fight Hub TV, Canelo shed some light on Callum Smith as his upcoming opponent, and probable elite battles with Caleb Plant or Errol Spence Jr.
Responding to a question on a fight with Caleb Plant, Alvarez, via a translator, said, “Oh we were in serious conversations with them but it didn’t happen, but fortunately as well because this other one happened. He’s the number one. So in the future, it probably happens because that is our campaigns to unify all the titles and obviously he holds one of the titles. So that fight could probably happen.”

It would intrigue one and all to see who the Mexican boxer is keen to take on next once he gets past Smith this Saturday.
