The trailer released by Activision featured the return of Peter Stormare as ‘The Replacer.’ He is here to take over the responsibilities so that the fans “can enjoy video gaming in peace.” A fun trailer featured Stormare in the roles of a father during a family dinner, a pope, a firefighter saving a cat, an Uber driver and even a Taco seller.

Stormare last appeared as ‘The Replacer’ five years ago and this will mark his fifth appearance in the Call Of Duty franchise. This time the company wants to make the character even bigger and can appear “on magazine covers or doing live interviews with sports anchors,” stated Activision CMO Tyler Bahl.

It was proved further when the second trailer featured ‘The Replacer’ replacing the ESPN anchor Scott Van Pelt and even the trainer of Canelo, Eddy Reynoso. The unified champion hilariously asks “Who is this guy,” after giving Replacer a beating of a lifetime. The champ has no idea about him and shrugs him off as the new trainer gets a baseball bat demanding another sparring round with Canelo. This hilarious cameo by the 34-year-old has left the fans excited for the game as they declared him as the face of the boxing.

Canelo Alvarez: Biggest face in boxing

One fan wrote, “Face of Boxing shit 😎,” declaring Canelo as the biggest star in the boxing right now. And with a record like his, there are very few stars who can even come close, let alone give the Jalisco resident a competition. Even during the Mexican week, it was Canelo vs Edgar Berlanga‘s fight that allowed the boxing PPV to compete with the UFC 306 Riyad Season, further proving the greatness of Canelo in this sport.

Another fan hilariously wrote, “I don’t think he needs the money,” focusing on how the brand needs a unified champion for the drooling eyes and not the other way around. Even though Canelo won’t say to a paycheck, it is the companies that want him to increase the reputation and value of their product.

Another fan bowed down to the greatness of the 62-2 boxer and called him “goatnelo?!,” declaring him as the greatest boxer the world has ever seen. Canelo is in the third position in terms of most wins in the modern era, and with him not slowing down, he can rack up even more wins till his retirement. With a record like this, there is a solid argument that can be made stating the 5’8 feet boxer is the greatest ever.

Another fan took a direct shot at Gervonta Davis and Terence Crawford and wrote, “Show me a Tank or Bud commercial during Sunday Night Football and I’ll deactivate my account.” He was adamant on the fact that other proclaimed boxers can’t even tie Canelo’s laces, no matter what kind of record they hold. Crawford is looking to end his career on a high and is chasing down that showdown with Canelo and the latter has all the power in the negotiation so far. This once again proves the greatness of the unified champion, as other boxers want to fight him to elevate themselves.

A fan appreciated the business acumen of Canelo and wrote, “80%,” reminding everyone of the fact that the boxer is a business mastermind as well. In August, Canelo himself revealed that he keeps 80% of the money generated by his fights. “If someone buys a soda in the arena, I get 80% of it,” stated Canelo, showcasing what a ruthless businessman he is. The fan believed that the boxer might have taken 80% of the trailer’s budget as well, once again proving his stature.
