Floyd Mayweather is an eminent businessman besides being a boxing legend. Well recently, one of his claims, that he made back in 2021 of owning nine skyscrapers has been scrutinized by a lot of fans. So, while attending the annual event of the WBC Convention, held in Mexico in 2021, Mayweather stated that he doesn’t miss competing inside the ring. Instead, he declared that he’s fully focused on improving his financial portfolio, and for that, he’s looking out to make smart investments most of the time.

During that conversation, he revealed, “One of the buildings I own is the tallest commercial building in America. So if you get a chance go to New York and check it out.” He continued further, “This is my ninth skyscraper.” The building that Mayweather is talking about here is the One Vanderbilt, the 93-story stronghold that got ready in the year, 2020. A few months ago too, he talked about his nine skyscrapers with the former NBA player Scottie Pippen in a sit-down conversation.

According to media reports, his ninth building was a $3.1 billion project, that significantly raised doubt in everybody’s mind about the owning part of Mayweather’s claim. This was pointed out in the recent Facebook Post of Supercar Blondie.
