After completing school, she graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2015. Jordan Hardy was a track and field standout at her alma mater, competing in the 100-meter race. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism.

In 2015, she joined Premier Boxing Champions on Fox Sports and is currently serving as the Correspondent and Digital Video Assistant Director. As part of her job, she needs to meet and take interviews with winners and other top fighters. Her previous stints include working with NBA TV and Fox 5.

Around five years after his debut, on January 13, 2019, Caleb Plant had his first shot at the title. Overall, it was the eighteenth match of his career, and he defeated the Venezuelan opponent Jose Uzcategui unanimously to be crowned the new IBF Super Middleweight champion.

Once back in the locker room, ‘Sweathands’ took the opportunity to propose to his girlfriend of three years, Jordan Hardy. He got down on one knee and presented the ring. That year November, the couple got married. As per Boxing Scene, Plant said, “Jordan and I, we really motivate each other to always do better. It’s a beautiful thing, but—we never fight about anything in life, but our only arguments are about who’s doing better at the moment. We are both VERY competitive.”

Reportedly, boxing’s power couple needs to follow a rule related to the conflict of interest requirement. It entails that Jordan Plant ceases to be a reporter on the nights when her husband has to fight.

During his grand entrance for the Trevor McCumby fight in Las Vegas, Plant strode into the venue holding his daughter in his arms, with Jordan walking by his side. 

Just last month, Plant and his wife celebrated Charly’s second birthday and shared some pictures from her birthday party in their home. In the social media post, Plant wrote, “It’s been a blessing these last 2yrs and I can’t wait to see where this world takes you or maybe more like where you take this [world].”

“Me and momma @itsjordanplant will be here to have your back and NO MATTER WHAT you know we’re in your corner till final bell,” he further added. Jordan later responded to this post, writing, “I love our family.”

Caleb Plant’s ex-girlfriend Carman Jean Briscoe-Lee

Before he met Jordan Hardy while growing up in Ashland City, Tennessee, Caleb Plant had a relationship. Carmen Jean Briscoe-Lee was his childhood sweetheart.

According to a 2019 article published in nyfights[dot]com, Briscoe-Lee was holding two jobs when Alia Plant was born. She worked as a Manager at Family Dollar, Ashcroft, and Oak Jewelers. However, due to the deteriorating medical condition of their daughter, she decided to leave her job and be with Alia full-time. Not much could be confirmed about her current whereabouts or other work-related details.

Caleb Plant and Carmen Jean Briscoe-Lee had been together for a long time and became parents to Alia Plant when Caleb was twenty and Briscoe-Lee was nineteen. Unfortunately, the sad demise of their child took a toll on their relationship, and they broke up. ‘Sweethands’ moved on and started dating Jordan Hardy in 2016.
