Earlier, Jermell Charlo’s main event fight with Tony Harrison in their WBC drew a peak audience of 2,233,000 and an average audience of 2,223,000.

Plant was a sheer favorite before entering this fight. And he delivered the fight results in the most expected manner. Right from the first gong, ‘Sweethands’ attacked his compatriot with slick combinations. He used his jab effectively and landed several of those throughout the 12-rounds.
Although the 28-year-old rooted for a knockout, he had to be satisfied with a unanimous decision win. ‘Sweethands’ scored 120 on all three judges’ scorecards comfortably.
Despite this bout being one-sided, fans enjoyed it to their fullest and the aforementioned numbers are proof of that.
