The fight will go live on Fox Sports Pay-Per-View from Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
‘Sweethands’ is coming out of his first career defeat at 168lbs. He lost his IBF title in an undisputed super-middleweight clash with Canelo Alvarez in 2021.
Since then, he has been out of the ring looking for an opportunity that could again put him in the line for a title shot. Interestingly, he got one. Now, he will face Dirrell for the WBC super-middleweight challenger eliminator this weekend.
Dirrell, the former two-time WBC super-middleweight champ, will put in all his efforts to become a three-time world champion. Only time will tell if he can put a dent in Plant’s plan.
Ahead of this intense clash, let’s take a look at the stats of both fighters.
Comparison between Caleb Plant and Anthony Dirrell
The orthodox 6 feet 1 inch tall Plant is known for his hand speed and accuracy in the ring. Though he lost against Alvarez, he put on quite a display, winning several rounds. The 30-year-old appears a complete boxer when inside the ring. His jab with smooth footwork puts the opponent in trouble.

‘The Dog’ is in the fading days of his career. He is 37 and most probably this is his last and final quest for the world title. Coming out of Flint, Dirrell made his way to the top with the help of his skills. In his career, he fought 38 fights and held a record of 34 wins, 2 draws, and 2 losses.
